Today: a bank quietly changed what it asks young people in job interviews. And one habit you can steal from it before your coffee gets cold.

What happened

UBS is a big Swiss bank. More than 100,000 people work there. It normally asks young applicants about their grades.

This week it asked for something new. If you want a job there in 2027, you have to show that you can use AI to do real work.

Three things to notice:

• It is not a test. It is a question in the interview. They want one real example. What did you give the AI, and what came back?

• Your degree still counts. This is added on top. Nothing is taken away.

• You do not have to be an expert. Everyone who gets in is trained inside the bank. You only have to have tried.

Three swaps you can steal

1. The complaint email
❌ "How do I write a complaint email?"
✅ Paste the receipt and their reply, then write: "Write my complaint. Polite but firm. Under 150 words."

2. The rental contract
❌ "Is this a good rental contract?"
✅ Photograph every page, then write: "I am the tenant. Tell me what is odd, unfair or costly, in simple words."

3. Dinner
❌ "Give me dinner ideas."
✅ Take a photo inside your fridge, then write: "Three dinners. 25 minutes. I hate cilantro."
