Artificialintelligence.ai operates artificialintelligence.ai (the “Site”). This policy explains how we handle personal data when you browse the Site or sign up for our newsletter. Artificialintelligence.ai is the controller for the processing described here.

When you subscribe, we collect the name and email address you provide. We use this information to add you to the newsletter, send it to you, and maintain a record of your subscription and unsubscribe requests.
If you choose the Analytics category in our cookie settings, Google Analytics may collect information about how you use the Site, such as pages viewed, interactions, device and browser information, and general location derived from your IP address. We use this information in aggregated form to understand and improve the Site. Analytics is not loaded until you give consent.
We store your cookie-preference choice so that we can respect it. Our hosting and security providers may also process standard technical request data, such as IP address, browser details, timestamps, and request logs, to deliver and protect the Site.
Our /go links redirect you to a tool’s official or affiliate destination. At present, we do not use those redirects to identify individual readers or build individual click profiles. The destination site has its own privacy policy and may collect data under its own terms.
We use service providers to run the Site and newsletter. They process data on our behalf or as independent providers for their own services. The relevant categories are hosting and security providers, Google for consented analytics, and Zapier for processing newsletter sign-up requests. We do not sell personal data.
Some providers may process data outside the EEA or UK, including in the United States. Where required, we use the transfer mechanisms and safeguards provided by applicable data-protection law, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. You can contact us for more information about the safeguards relevant to your data.
We keep newsletter information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, unless a longer retention period is required by law or needed to handle a request or dispute. We retain cookie preferences for the period needed to remember your choice. Analytics and technical logs are retained only for the periods configured with our providers or reasonably needed for the purposes described above.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of your personal data; to object to certain processing; and to receive portable data. You may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal.
